Hire Michelle. She was steady navigator during the months-long process of getting my home ready to sell. She had great insights on which improvements would improve value and which I could skip, and great instincts during the negotiation process, preventing me from making rash decisions that ultimately would have prevented me from getting the best price. Living in our home for 35 years, we became aware on a Saturday morning of a home being sold by one of Brenda’s associates. We immediately reached out to Brenda, who we’ve known for years, and had the opportunity to see the home later that day. With Brenda’s guidance, we placed our offer, and it was accepted on the following Tuesday. We closed in about 30 days. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and handled with the utmost attention to both us and the seller. Our journey with Brenda didn’t end there, as we needed to sell our current home.
