This was my second time working with Michelle Olson. My first time was in 2025 as a seller, and now as a buyer. Michelle was very helpful to me during this process. I relied on her expertise in different matters that came up and she was very good at guiding me through the process. She is pleasant to work with and would respond promptly. Tom and I knew that we had hit gold with our very first meeting with Kelly Burland. She is an amazing person and worked tirelessly and continuously to sell my mother’s farm. Even the little things that had to be done didn’t daunt her in the least. She was always available for questions and always ready to help with providing vendors, moral support and information. Amy Ernst was awesome as Kelly’s assistant and provided us with anything and everything we might have needed—and always in a friendly and confident manner. Actually, both Kelly and Amy instilled a confidence in us that we wouldn’t have had without them because we knew they were there to support us through to the end. There were times throughout the short period of time that we were working with them that Tom and I were befuddled and losing hope because of the circumstances that were occurring around us. Kelly and Amy were always there to encourage us to not lose hope and to fight the battles that seemed to surround us at every turn. With their combined vast amount of experience, they can work a problem, solve it and move on ensuring that the process goes as smoothly and quickly as possible. In a rating system of 1 to 5 stars with 5 being the absolute best that you could be, we would rate both Kelly and Amy a 10 and that would not be an exaggeration. They both go above and beyond for customer satisfaction and happiness. We can’t possibly recommend Dorey Real Estate enough for their incredible and outstanding work ethos. The entire staff from Carol herself to everyone who is associated with their office is to be lauded for their valuable service.

Carol C Dorey Real Estate is a phenomenal team of professionals. We recently purchased a home and our agent Kelly was exceptionally helpful, dependable and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Amy at the office also worked impressively to resolve any problems quickly and organize settlement. Between the two of them, everything came together seamlessly, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

I absolutely cannot sing the praises of Jena and Amy enough! Jena was the listing agent for a property we'd unsuccessfully made a bid on, but she was kind enough to offer her services in helping us find another home despite only recently having met us. From day one she went above and beyond, working around our schedule (we'd driven four hours up to see the original property and were returning home soon after) to show us three other homes in a single day. She even took time out to personally drive by a fourth and vet the neighborhood! When we finally found a home Jena was with us every step of the way, and I cannot be more grateful. The reason for our move has caused a great deal of turbulence in my family, and having Jena there to guide us through all of the paperwork, inspections, and minutiae was an absolute lifesaver. I relied on her completely and she never once let me down! Over and over she went out of her way to accommodate our situation, including attending the inspection to save us a drive back up. The week before our closing our mortgage bank was causing an issue on a previously undisclosed technicality and threatening to push back the closing date. The only reason we were able to keep our date (and our new home!) was because Jena and her team immediately went into crisis mode. She not only found us a new bank to work through (shoutout to Embassy for pulling together an entire mortgage in a week, by the way!) but was in touch with them as well as the sellers and their listing agents. She was juggling a million plates and still found the time to check in with us and suggest the best course of action. Throughout the entire experience she remained courteous and professional. She was as invested in us finding the perfect home as if she were helping her own family; she was always available and I never felt as if my needs were inconveniencing her. If you're lucky enough to have her as your agent you are absolutely in the best of hands. I also want to give Amy her flowers! She was just as fantastic as Jena, coordinating all these different agents and timetables without ever missing a beat. Her working hours seem limitless - I received several updates from her after 9 PM during crunch time! She's just as kind and professional as Jena; they make a wonderful team.
