If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly realtor backed by a great organization, look no further than Brenda and Carol Dorey Real Estate. Living in our home for 35 years, we became aware on a Saturday morning of a home being sold by one of Brenda’s associates. We immediately reached out to Brenda, who we’ve known for years, and had the opportunity to see the home later that day. With Brenda’s guidance, we placed our offer, and it was accepted on the following Tuesday. We closed in about 30 days. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and handled with the utmost attention to both us and the seller. Our journey with Brenda didn’t end there, as we needed to sell our current home. Brenda worked closely with us to understand our goals and to provide us with her extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate in our area. She developed a great marketing plan for our home that included beautiful photographs and a professional video (with drone coverage). Several of the other realtors at Carol Dorey (including Carol!) came through our house to offer their insights on improvements we should make, and to provide input on the final marketing decisions. In the three days following our home being listed, Brenda coordinated and led inspections by many interested parties. We immediately received offers for our home and Brenda patiently guided us through the pros and cons of each offer. Within a week of the listing, we accepted a strong offer, thanks to Brenda’s hard work, attention to detail, and great communication. Closing was as smooth as possible. Buying and selling our homes with Brenda and the Carol Dorey team could not have been a more pleasant experience. We have no plans to move in the future, but should our plans change, we will not hesitate to call Brenda.
