Over the years, Nancy’s sales have consistently set the bar in the area’s luxury residential real estate market. In 11 of the last 15 years, Nancy has been the number one agent in the area MLS residential sales. In 2022, she listed and sold a home for $7,170,000 and in 2024 a home for $6,200,00… historically the highest sale prices ever achieved in the Lehigh Valley MLS and surrounding areas.
There have been only 21 homes that have sold over 3 million in the Lehigh Valley. Nancy has represented 15 of these, representing both the Buyer and the Seller in 10 of the 15. Of the top 25 most expensive homes ever sold in the Lehigh Valley, Nancy was involved in 18, representing both the Buyer and Seller in 11.
With yearly sales of $42.8 Million in 2024, $38.8 Million in ‘23, $42.5 Million in ‘22 and over $45 Million in 2021, her five year sales volume is $214.5 Million with an average sale price of $1,484,687, the highest in the Lehigh Valley. In the first two months of 2026, Nancy’s settled and under contract volume was $ 21.5 Million. Of the 7,700 agents in the Greater Lehigh Valley MLS and Bucks County MLS, in a time when agents are creating teams in order to combine their sales transactions, it is remarkable to have a sole agent continue such a presence.
Graduating in the first class of women at Lehigh University, Nancy was in a Lehigh doctorate program when she joined the Dorey team. Still deciding what career choice would come next, she realized that real estate was a people profession and was a perfect match … a match that used her counseling, education and research skills, captured her heart and challenged her professionalism.
Although hard work, knowledge and listening skills define a portion of her success, it is the many referrals from current and past clients that are testimony to her personality, skills and thoughtfulness. With over 40 years of experience and a reputation for discretion, Nancy has represented many of the Lehigh Valley’s top executives and VIP relocations. As an advocate for the arts and land preservation, she was involved with Saucon Valley Fine Arts, the Art of Preservation in Bucks County and is on the Board of Trustees for Historic Bethlehem Museum and Sites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
