“As a result of my experience in the corporate environment, it made no sense to me that real estate offices are made up of a number of independent agents, each solely responsible for whatever level of marketing, advertising, and service that they will provide to clients and customers of the companies they work for. At Dorey, we have created a very different real estate initiative with a clear and consistent program for promoting every one of our listings. This program is managed and executed by a full-time salaried office team (all Realtors) and financed by the company. We consistently review, update and enhance our marketing endeavors to take advantage of the most current technologies in order to reach out to the buyers and sellers of the homes we represent. Our focus is on residential properties valued above $350,000. The result is that no other single office, year after year, matches our record of sales in the top 20% of the Upper Bucks/Lehigh Valley marketplace that we serve.”
